 Bistineau
Lake Labradoodles is a small breeder of multi-generational Australian
Labradoodles located in Northwest Louisiana. We breed family pets
that have wonderful dispositions, are intuitive and intelligent.
They and their puppies are allergy friendly, low to non-shedding
and have wonderful dispositions. Our dogs are descended from the
originators of this special breed, Tegan Park and Rutland Manor
in Australia.
Spring Creek's Molly and her son, Bistineau Lake's Brendan of the
Bayou are our family members. They live in our home and frequently
accompany us to work where our agency provides services to individuals
who are homeless mentally ill and abused children. Molly and Brendan
approach the others with love and acceptance which is returned in
kind. While they are not trained therapy dogs, their disposition
brings joy and happiness to all.
Molly and her son, Brendan of the Bayou are fully tested to ensure
the health of their progeny. They receive frequent veterinary checkups
as well as full testing by veterinary specialist including an ophthalmologist
and orthopedist to ensure there are no emerging congenital or functional
eye or hip issues. In addition, they are genetically tested for
inherited diseases as recommended by the Australian Labradoodle
Club of America and the Australian Labradoodle Association of America.
